Birthday Bash cartridge and Imagine Hopscotch cartridge

I had a blast making this baby banner for a teacher friend!!!  I printed my own card-stock using the ABC print from the Hopscotch Imagine cartridge.  I cut the banners from the Birthday Bash cartridge at 6 inches.  Added some paper flowers , used a Martha Stewart punch, Spellbinders ovals and scalloped ovals, and the Cricut Classic cartridge for the letters.  Making banners are one of my favorite things to create!!  I will be sharing another banner later this week and then it is off to the Great American Scrapbooking Convention in Chantilly, VA on Friday with my scrappin' buds!!!  I will be taking lots of pictures and hopefully a short video to share from the event.  This is my first official week off from school and I am already thinking about next year!!!
It's off to the swimming pool now.  Hope you have a fantastic week!!!

Baby shower favors

I had a fun time creating these super sweet baby shower favors using the 1 x 8 bags.  I used a stampin' up circle and scallop punch, Peachy Keen stamp set "Teacher Says" for this super cute face and My Creative Time stamp set "tiny tags".  I used Copic markers and a Sakura white gel pen to add a little color to the face.  So many teachers either had a baby or are just about due to have a baby!  Lots of celebrations as the school year winds down.
Last Friday was my last day with my third graders and tomorrow is our final day as teachers.....then well, it is off to summer break.  I am getting so excited about the upcoming scrapbooking conventions that I will be attending with some very close and fun friends.  I am truly hoping that I am able to just dive into my craft dungeon and really let the creative ideas flow!!!!  Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!!!!

Look out ....its Dory!!!!!!!!!!!

For the past three years the Third grade team has taught a Marine Life Unit in the spring.  The students really loved learning about Sea Turtles, Whales, Dolphins, and the Ocean floor.  I thought this card would be super cute to make for the teachers on my team.  We work very hard together to ensure that our students receive the best!!!!  Here are the materials used for this project:

Materials:
Best of Pixar Cricut Cartridge (page 24-Dory) cut at 4 inches
K. Andrew Designs "splash-tasic summer" stamp set
Spots and Dots Cuttlebug folder
pop-dots

Loving the 1 x 8 clear bags

I am having some fun finding ways to use these 1 x 8 clear bags!!!  1 Twizzler will fit perfectly into the bag :) This might be a great Back to School gift for students to find on their desk when they return.  I used the Peachy Keen "Teacher Says!" stamp set, a scallop punch and a 1 3/8 circle punch.  These are super fast and really fun to make!!  Hope you are enjoying your day.  This is the last week of school for my kiddos and I will miss them very much this year.  Boy does time fly!!!!!!!!
